If you have received a defective product or an incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defect. We will do our best to replace your product with a perfect one.
If we're unable to replace your defective or incorrect product with a perfect one, we will issue a refund.
Refunds are available for the following:
1. When defective products are delivered and a perfect replacement can not be shipped. Refunds will be paid at 100%.
2. When an order is picked incorrectly and the wrong item shipped, and a replacement can not be shipped. Refunds will be paid at 100%.
3. When a product is pre-order and has not yet shipped. Refunds will be paid at 95% of retail price to accommodate for payment processing fees if the order is pre-order.
